Barron AI is a small company in Leland, North Carolina. We set up and run AI receptionists for home-service businesses, so the calls an owner cannot take still turn into booked jobs.
Why we exist
Most service businesses in our area are run by the person doing the work. When that person is on a job, the phone goes to voicemail, and many callers do not leave a message. They call the next name on the list. The tools to fix this now exist, but owners do not have time to set them up, tune them and check that they work. That is what we do.
How we work
- Honest by design. Callers are told the call is recorded, and if anyone asks, the assistant always says plainly that it is an AI assistant. It never pretends to be a person.
- Your words, your rules. The assistant uses your services, your service area, your hours and your way of handling price questions.
- Someone accountable. We listen to calls and fix problems. You can reach us directly.
- No lock-in. Month to month. Your number stays yours.
Where we work
Brunswick, New Hanover and Pender counties: Leland, Wilmington, Southport, Shallotte, Hampstead and the towns in between. We prefer to meet in person.
