SMS terms and conditions

Program

Barron AI, operated by BarronAI LLC, sends text messages to people who request a demo, book an appointment, or call our line and agree to receive texts. Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, replies to your questions and follow-ups about your request.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our demo request form, by giving consent when our assistant asks during a call, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your request, typically one to five messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at admin@barronai.io or (910) 999-7332.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.

Messages sent for our clients

When Barron AI operates a phone line for one of our business clients, texts are sent in that business's name, under that business's own registration and consent, and the same STOP and HELP keywords apply.
