These terms govern your use of barronai.io and our phone and text lines, operated by BarronAI LLC, doing business as Barron AI. Services for business clients are also governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if the two conflict.

Use of the website and lines

You agree to use our website, phone lines and text lines lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them.

Automated assistants

Calls to our lines and our clients' lines may be answered by an AI assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed. By continuing a call after the recording notice, you consent to the recording. Information from automated assistants is provided for convenience and may contain errors. Appointment times are confirmed by the business you called.

Text messages

Text messages are governed by our SMS terms.

No warranties

The website and lines are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Barron AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or lines.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
